Adjustments still need to be made to the z axis so the bed sits parallel with the rest of the frame.
Part 2 of the build.
Steel bending, rust prevention coating, spot welding, 3d printing, wiring, assembly, uploading firmware & homing axes.
Progressing well. Updates coming soon.
Steel is bent. Soldering is done.
Now assembley, wiring, and powering up is next.
Just picked up the lasercut steel frame from Hunt lasercutting. Looks good however some areas of narrow wall thickness have caused the steel to slightly warp. Should be an easy fix.
Next Step: Bending!

We found three printers in the hard rubbish and stripped them down to find parts. We only really found belts that we could use in our project however the parts could be valuable for other projects.
